About
OpeningMatrix is a small tool for people who actually want to know their openings, not just click through a PGN once and hope it sticks.
What is our product about
Most of us have the same gap: we know the first few moves, then we guess. Books and videos help, but they do not sit you down at a board and ask you to play the next move. That is the part that was missing for us, so we built it.
We are not trying to replace a coach. We are trying to make the boring, useful work — repeating lines, seeing the idea, practising both colours — easier to come back to.
What features do we offer
Study prepared openings on an interactive board, with the idea behind the move instead of a wall of notation. Your first opening course is free. After that, Unlock Unlimited lets you add more courses, branch like a study, and drill them as White or Black.
If you publish a course, other people can use it. If you keep it private, it stays yours.
